%X 近年来新发的传染病呈现上升趋势，突发公共卫生事件也日益频繁。民众对突发公共卫生事件信息的获取主要来自互联网。互联网日渐成为民众表达意见、陈述观点与舆论的汇集点。民众也逐渐从信息的接收者转变为信息的制造者与传递者。尤其是面临突发公共卫生事件时，真假信息难以辨识，真相与后真相交织。如若处理不当，会引起社会动荡。因此，建构真实可靠的信息获取渠道，有助于政府各级组织，科学精准地辨析突发公共卫生事件带来的风险与从海量信息中辨识真实与虚假，进而推进对突发公共卫生事件的风险识别与化解走向从事前预警、事中求实到事后评估的系统思路，化解突发公共事件所带来的民众心理焦虑与恐慌等舆情，探寻科学的应对策略。<br />
In recent years, new infectious diseases have shown an upward trend, and sudden public health events have become increasingly frequent. The public’s access to information on public health emergencies mainly comes from the internet. The Internet is increasingly becoming a gathering point for people to express their opinions, and express public opinion. The public has gradually shifted from being recipients of information to being creators and disseminators of information. Especially in the face of public health emergencies, true and false information is difficult to identify, and the truth is intertwined with the Post-truth. If handled improperly, it can cause social unrest. Therefore, constructing authentic and reliable channels for obtaining information is helpful for government organizations at all levels to scientifically and accurately identify the risks brought by sudden public health events, and to identify truth and falsehood from massive amounts of information. This will further advance the risk identification and resolution of sudden public health events towards a systematic approach of engaging in pre warning, seeking truth in the process, and post evaluation, and resolve the psychological anxiety and panic of the public caused by sudden public health events, Explore scientific coping strategies.
