%X 在全面建成小康社会，迈向第二个百年奋斗目标新征程上，实现思政教育的高质量发展愈来愈重要，大学生肩负着实现国家富强、民族复兴、人民幸福的时代重任，面对多元文化的冲击、外来思潮的涌进、形形色色的诱惑的情况下，必须加强高校思政教育的有效性建设，必须遵循渗透性、个性化、“生活即教育”、坚持社会主义意识形态教育、规范化、高质量发展原则，在受到网络信息技术、市场经济、缺乏人文关怀、思政教育环境、教育内容等方面挑战时，可以从思政教育者本身、改善思政教育环境、教育内容针对性与时代性、加强政治引领等方面着手，采取相应政策，这需要学校、家庭、社会三者的合力，文章对学者所在不同角度提出的观点进行整合，在梳理的过程中为该主题的进一步研究提供一些启示。<br />
In building a well-off society in an all-round way, towards the second centenary goal of the new journey, to achieve the high-quality development of ideological and political education is becom-ing more and more important, college students shoulder the realization of national prosperity, national rejuvenation, the people’s happiness of the era of heavy responsibility, in the face of the impact of multicultural, foreign ideological trend into the situation, all kinds of temptation, It is necessary to strengthen the effective construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, follow the principles of penetration, personalization, “life is education”, adhere to the principles of socialist ideological education, standardization, and high-quality development, and when challenged by network information technology, market economy, lack of humanistic care, ideological and political education environment, and educational content, etc. Corresponding policies can be adopted from the aspects of ideological and political educators themselves, improving the environment of ideological and political education, the pertinence of educational content and the times, and strengthening political guidance, which requires the joint efforts of schools, families and society. This paper integrates the viewpoints put forward by scholars from different perspectives and provides some enlightenment for further research on this topic in the process of combing.
