A Research on the Effect of Positive Empathy on Promoting the Relationship between Teachers and Students %A 张纯霞 %A 成真 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 4148-4156 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2023.128565 %X 共情,也称为同理心,是哲学、伦理学、心理学和教育学等学科中的一个重要概念。在不同学科中,共情的含义各有所不同。共情起源于德国哲学家进行的一项纯粹理性的研究,该研究将其定义为从他人的角度对反应的表现。在人际交往中,共情是非常重要的,因为通常情况下人际交往中缺乏共情会造成误解甚至冲突,而师生关系的好坏也将取决于此。由于老师和学生的态度不同,对问题会有不同的看法,如果老师不了解学生的感受,就很难去真正关心和理解学生的困难和失败的情绪,会让学生产生失望和不安,也就无法建设性地帮助学生,无法为学生提供正确的教育和价值取向,从而导致老师和学生人际关系恶化。共情使老师在与之观点不同的人相处时懂得留有余地,尽可能从对方的角度想问题,这样做不仅可以让教师理解学生、控制自己的情绪,也能让学生感受到尊重和支持,双方的沟通问题也就迎刃而解。因此,共情不仅有助于教师个人的发展,也有助于双方关系的和谐发展和提升。本研究的理论意义在于,由于没有对师生共情进行过研究,对师生共情也没有明确的定义,因此对其理论结构进行了探讨。
Empathy is an important concept in philosophy, ethics, psychology and education. The meaning of empathy varies from discipline to discipline. Empathy originated in a purely rational study by German philosophers, which defined it as a reaction to another person’s perspective. In interpersonal communication, empathy is very important, because the lack of empathy in interpersonal communication will lead to misunderstanding and even conflict, and the quality of teacher-student relationship will depend on it. Due to the different attitudes of teachers and students, there will be different views on the problem, if teachers do not understand the feelings of students, it is difficult to really care about and understand the students’ difficulties and feelings of failure, it leads to students’ disappointment and uneasiness, which leads to the failure to help students constructively and provide students with correct education and value orientation, which leads to the deterioration of the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students. Empathy allows the teacher to be more open-minded and think as much as possible from the point of view of someone with whom he or she has a different point of view. This not only allows the teacher to understand the student and control his or her emotions, also can let the student feel the respect and the support, both sides of the communication problem will also be solved. Therefore, empathy not only contributes to the personal development of teachers, but also contributes to the harmonious development and promotion of bilateral relations. The theoretical significance of this study lies in that, because there is no research on teacher-student empathy, nor is there a clear definition of teacher-student empathy, the theoretical structure is discussed. %K 共情,双方关系,效果研究
