Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in Four Kinds of Edible Seafood from Pujun Market in Foshan City %A 殷聪 %A 谢吴成 %A 朱峰 %A 唐智勤 %A 田峻 %A 赵亮亮 %J Hans Journal of Food and Nutrition Science %P 165-171 %@ 2166-6121 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJFNS.2023.123021 %X 目的:分析评价佛山市普君市场食用海鲜产品重金属含量。方法:从佛山市普君市场选取4种常见海鲜产品(基围虾、虾蛄、花蛤和白贝),采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术测定样品中重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)以及总砷(As)的含量,按照国家标准《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2022)进行评价。结果:4种海鲜样品的重金属含量均符合国标GB2762-2022的限量规定。结论:佛山市普君市场所售海鲜产品未发现重金属污染。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the heavy metal content of edible seafood products in Pujun Market in Foshan city. Methods: 4 common seafood products (Metapenaeus ensis, Mantis shrimp, Ruditapes philippinarum, and Monetaria mon-eta (Linnaeus)) were selected from Pujun Market in Foshan city. The amounts of heavy metals lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), and total arsenic (As) were determined by ICP-MS method. The test results were evaluated according to the national standard “National Standard for Food Safety-Limits of Contaminant in Food” (GB2762-2022). Results: The heavy metal content of 4 seafood samples met the limit of national standard GB2762-2022. Conclusion: No heavy metal pollution was found in the seafood products sold in Foshan Pujun Market. %K 海鲜产品,重金属含量,电感耦合等离子体质谱,重金属污染
