%X 随着中国人口老龄化的加剧和社会保障体系的转型，个人养老金作为一种补充养老保障的方式，受到越来越多人的关注。本研究旨在探讨影响个人养老金参与意愿的因素，并运用ISM (解释结构模型)模型进行分析。本文从经济因素、个人特征因素、风险偏好因素、个人养老金融认知因素、社会文化因素五个维度提取了个人养老金投资意愿的16个影响因素，并根据解释结构模型的分析结果为政府和养老金管理机构提出相关政策建议。<br />
With the intensification of China’s aging population and the transformation of the social security system, personal pension, as a way to supplement the old age security, has attracted more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect individuals’ willingness to participate in pension, and to use ISM (Interpretive Structure Model) model to analyze. This paper extracts 16 influencing factors of individual pension investment intention from five dimensions: economic factors, personal characteristics factors, risk preference factors, personal pension financial cognition factors, and social and cultural factors, and proposes relevant policy recommendations for the government and pension management institutions based on the analysis results of the explanatory structure model.
