Analysis on Mental Health of College Students—Taking Liaoning Normal University as an Example %A 刘栩同 %J Operations Research and Fuzziology %P 2795-2800 %@ 2163-1530 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ORF.2023.134279 %X 为了调查大学生心理健康状况,探索大学生心理健康状况,本文章使用广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9),对1085名辽宁师范大学本科大学生进行网络问卷调查,运用SPSS进行统计分析,最终得出结论。结论:大学生中存在着不同程度的焦虑和抑郁的心理问题,大一的学生现在还在无焦虑、无抑郁状态,大二学生心理健康处于轻度焦虑、无抑郁状态,大三、大四学生心理健康处于中度焦虑、轻度抑郁状态。高校及有关部门应对大学生进行心理干预和健康教育。对于学生中出现的各类心理问题,包括学校管理模式产生的心理问题,受到了大家越来越多的关注。高校如何缓解学生心理压力,将关系到校园的安全和稳定,同时也是促进学生形成自尊自爱、平稳和谐、积极向上良好心态的必然要求。
In order to investigate the mental health status of college students under the background of the new crown epidemic, and to explore the mental health status of college students under the stress of the epidemic, this article uses the Generalized Anxiety Scale (GAD-7) and the Depressive Symptoms Scale (PHQ-9). 1085 college students of Liaoning Normal University conducted an online questionnaire survey, used SPSS for statistical analysis, and finally came to a conclusion: under the background of the epidemic, there are psychological problems of anxiety and depression in varying degrees among college students, and freshman students are still free of anxiety, no depression; sophomores are in mild anxiety and no depression, and juniors and seniors are in moderate anxiety and mild depression. Universities and relevant departments should carry out psychological intervention and health education for college students. All kinds of psychological problems that emerged during the epidemic, including the psychological problems caused by the closed management of schools in the post-epidemic era, have received more and more attention from everyone. How colleges and universities relieve students’ psychological pressure will be related to the safety and stability of the campus, and it is also an inevitable requirement to promote students’ self-esteem, self-love, stability, harmony, and positive attitude. %K 大学生,心理健康,分析
