%X 政府满意度提升对于近年来我国服务型政府建设的大力发展具有极为重要的目标性意义和作用。本文以CSS2017年度统计数据为依据，运用ologit模型分析公民个体特征对政府满意度的影响。研究结果表明，包括社会公平、社会信任、社会宽容感知在内的公众个体主观感受对政府满意度存在显著影响，而居民性质、经济收入、就业地位等的个人客观境遇对公民满意度并无显著影响。因此，政府需从总体原则、公共意识与责任、政府建设层面出发，并注重价值建设与营造，进而有效改善政府服务，提升公众的政府满意度。<br />
Government satisfaction enhancement has an extremely important target significance and role in the vigorous development of service-oriented government construction in China in recent years. This paper analyzes the influence of individual citizen characteristics on government satisfaction by using ologit model based on CSS2017 annual statistics. The results of the study show that individual subjective feelings of the public, including social fairness, social trust, and perception of social tolerance, have significant effects on government satisfaction, while individual objective situations such as the nature of residents, economic income, and employment status do not have significant effects on citizens’ satisfaction. Therefore, the government needs to start from the general principle, public awareness and responsibility, and government building levels, and focus on value building and creation, thus effectively improving government services and enhancing public satisfaction with government.
