%X 近年来，许多法律语言学家将研究对象从静态转向动态语篇，但就庭审语篇而言，大多数研究专注于单一主体，忽视了庭审各方互动关系和阶段性特征。本文选取复旦投毒案一审公审中的公诉方话语为研究对象，探求其态度资源在不同被评价主体和庭审阶段间的分布情况，通过分析公诉人语言特征和庭审中的人际功能，为公诉人言语使用策略提供了相应建议，从而有利于提高庭审效率，保障司法公正。<br />
Although many forensic linguists turn their attention to static text in recent years, the research on courtroom discourse to date has tended to focus on a single subject. But courtroom discourse involves the interest balance among all subjects in the court, and every stage in a trial has a specific function. This study chooses public prosecutor language in the first instance of the Malicious Poisoning Case of Fudan University as target resources. By analyzing attitude resources in public prosecutor language under the framework of appraisal theory, this study attempts to discuss the public prosecutor’s stance and interpersonal relationship with other characters in the courtroom, as well as the language strategies in different stages. This study has provided a deeper insight into public prosecutor language features and interrelationships in the courtroom, and gives some practical suggestions for public prosecutor language strategies, which could improve judicial efficiency and realize judicial justice.
