%X 本文以光纤传感为基础设计了监测睡姿、鼾声的智能床结构,获取人们在睡眠时身体的鼾声、睡姿等信息,为睡眠健康监测提出新的研究思路与方法。采用级联式FBG传感器,对人体的各处压力进行有效监测,降低外界噪声对光纤传感准确性的影响。
An intelligent bed structure is designed based on optical fiber sensor to get information about the body’s snoring and sleeping position during sleep in this paper. This study provides a new idea and method for sleep health monitoring. The cascaded FBG sensor is used to monitor the pressure of human body and reduce the influence of external noise on the accuracy of optical fiber sensing.
