%X 糖尿病已经成为当今世界十大疾病之一,对人类身体健康造成了严重威胁。动物模型是研究疾病发病机制以及药物筛选最常用工具,选择适合的动物模型对于糖尿病的研究意义重大。本文对II型糖尿病的致病因素、发病机制及常见的动物模型进行综述,并重点分析了目前动物模型存在的局限性,旨在为筛选和创制新的动物模型提供理论参考。
Diabetes has become one of the top ten diseases in the world today, posing a serious threat to human health. Animal models are the most common tools for studying disease pathogenesis and drug screening, and the selection of suitable animal models is of great significance for the study of diabetes. This paper reviews the pathogenic factors, pathogenesis and common animal models of type II diabetes, and focuses on the limitations of current animal models, aiming to provide theoretical references for screening and creating new animal models.
