Practical Teaching Application of Management Discipline Based on Social E-Commerce Model %A 吴爱萍 %A 刘海粟 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 4038-4045 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2023.127550 %X 管理学科涉及面广、实践性强,相关学科课程一般以理论、案例、项目游戏、课堂讨论、论文等形式开展教学活动,导致管理学科中的各课程相互独立,学生在学完各课程之后,他们对于知识的理解零散和虚无,这就无法达到高校人才培养目标,也无法满足社会经济发展对高素质、应用型、创新创业型人才的需要。在新经济背景下,管理学科实践改革正面临着前所未有的挑战,而多元化和实用性的实践项目已经成为高校教育教学实践的转型发展方向;加强应用型人才培养方案,建立校企合作机制,促进学生互联网创新创业思维。文章研究社交电商模式下管理学科相关课程的实践教学应用,通过将课程内容、项目与社会实践相结合,建设一种产教融合与产学研用协同育人的实践教学模式。实践证明,基于社交电商模型下的管理学科实践教学应用对于培养有创新性、实践性、创业性、综合性人才具有显著的作用;并且对于解决一直以来大学生就业难创业更难的困境也具有重要的意义。
Management discipline is extensive and practical, and teaching activities are usually carried out in the form of theory, cases, project games, classroom discussions and essays, which leads to the independence of each course in management discipline and students’ fragmented and vain understanding of knowledge after learning each course, which cannot reach the goal of talent training in colleges and universities and meet the needs of social and economic development for high quality, application-oriented and innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Under the background of new economy, the practical reform of management discipline is facing unprecedented challenges, and diversified and practical projects have become the transformation and development direction of college education and teaching practice; strengthening the application-oriented talent cultivation program, establishing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and promoting students’ Internet innovative and entrepreneurial thinking. This chapter studies the practical teaching application of management discipline related courses in social e-commerce mode, combining course content, projects and social practice, and building a practical teaching mode of industry-teaching integration and collaborative education between industry, academia, research and application. It has been proved that the practical teaching application of management subjects based on social e-commerce model is significant for cultivating innovative, practical, entrepreneurial and com-prehensive talents; it is also significant for solving the dilemma that it has been difficult for college students to find employment and start business. %K 管理学科,课程改革,社交电商,分享经济
