%X 红色邮政文化蕴含着丰富的物质资源、精神资源和制度资源，是高校开展思想政治教育和心理健康教育的理论源泉和教学素材。红色邮政文化契合高校思想政治教育方向，促进了高校红色校史文化的发展，巩固了立德树人教育成效，维护了高校意识形态领域安全，对高校思想政治教育教学工作的有序开展、高校学生积极向上的心理认知培育都具有重要的现实价值。面对新形势，高校应善于运用心理学相关理论创新思想政治教育教学方法，将红色邮政文化资源有效转化为思想政治教育资源。全面协同推进红色邮政文化教育，对于新时代高校思想政治教育改革创新、传承红色文化极具现实性和指导性，也有利于培育心理健康素质、思想道德素质、科学文化素质全面协调发展的社会主义接班人。<br />
Red post culture contains rich material resources, spiritual resources and institutional resources, which is the theoretical source and teaching material for carrying out ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. Red postal culture conforms to the direction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, promotes the development of red school history culture in colleges and universities, consolifies the effect of moral education and cultivating people, maintains the security of ideological field in colleges and universities, and has important practical value for the orderly development of ideological and political education and teaching work in colleges and universities and the cultivation of students’ positive psychological cognition. Facing the new situation, colleges and universities should be good at using psychology theories to innovate the teaching methods of ideological and political education and effectively transform the cultural resources of red post into ideological and political education resources. The comprehensive and coordinated promotion of red postal culture education is realistic and instructive for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era and the inheritance of red culture. It is also conducive to the cultivation of socialist successors with comprehensive and coordinated development of mental health quality, ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality.
