Both positive psychology and ideological and political education focus on people and educational objects, and there are internal similarities of consistent educational goals, common educational concepts and complementary educational methods, which provide positive psychological theoretical reference for ideological and political education and realize the perfection of comprehensive elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It can effectively integrate positive psychology, forge positive personality quality, incorporate positive emotional experience, and construct an active organization system, which is conducive to the integration and innovative construction of ideological and political education concepts, methods and carriers.
