%X 互联网数字技术的普及，为慈善的转型升级提供了技术支撑，也为慈善提供了最为简便、普适的渠道和广阔的发展空间。同时，大众生活水平和道德素质的进一步提高，为“互联网 + 慈善”的新型慈善模式提供了发展的前提和机遇。在网络慈善方兴未艾的当前，我们既要注重其为社会带来的切实福利，也更要关注其发展过程中的乱象，关注水滴筹等网络慈善平台在运行、监管、实践等方面存在的技术规范、管理规范的难题，根据其存在的乱象及成因探求化解难题的路径，以期能更好的发挥“互联网 + 慈善”的红利，凝聚信任，救穷济危。<br />
The popularization of Internet digital technology has provided technical support for the transformation and upgrading of charity, and also provided the most simple and universal channel and broad development space for charity. At the same time, the further improvement of people’s living standards and moral quality provides the premise and opportunity for the development of the new charity model of “Internet + Charity”. In the current rise of online charity, we should not only pay attention to the practical benefits it brings to the society, but also pay more attention to the chaos in its development process, pay attention to the technical specifications and management standards of online charity platforms such as Water drop Chip, and explore ways to solve the problems according to their existing chaos and causes, in order to better play the dividends of “Internet + charity”, condense trust, and save the poor.
