Promoting the rule of law in rural governance is not only conducive to the in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, but also an important part of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law. With the continuous standardization and maturity of laws and regulations related to rural governance, certain achievements have been made in promoting the rule of law sys-tem of rural governance. At the same time, some problems have begun to be highlighted at the practical level. Specifically, the main reasons are that the existing rural governance norms have not been systematized and systematized, the grassroots governance entities lack the corresponding awareness of rights and responsibilities, and the concept of “emphasizing the rule of man over the rule of law” is still held in the actual situation of promoting the rule of law in grassroots governance. Therefore, we must adhere to the combination of rule of law with autonomy and rule by ethics, respect the main role of villagers in promoting the construction of the rule of law in rural governance, improve relevant legal norms, strengthen the guarantee of the rule of law, and at the same time pay attention to cultural construction and the cultivation of talent teams, so as to realize the rule of law construction of effective rural governance. %K 乡村振兴,乡村治理,法治化建设,路径探析
