%X 网络谣言随着互联网的普及日渐猖獗，对个人、社会和国家造成了极大的不良影响。网络不是法外之地，造谣传谣需要承担责任。网络信息技术的成熟和发展，使信息更加真假难辨，增加了网民甄别信息的难度，也增大了辟谣单位的工作量。不能对网络谣言的发展听之任之，各方面应当积极采取措施打击造谣传谣行为，规范引导网民行为。对于网络谣言的规制应从多方面入手，加大对造谣传谣的处罚力度、加强网络平台的监督管理、加快澄清事实真相，切断网络谣言的传播途径，努力创造一个风清气正的网络环境。<br />
With the popularization of the Internet, online rumors are becoming increasingly rampant, causing great negative impacts on individuals, society, and the country. The internet is not an illegal place, and spreading rumors requires responsibility. The maturity and development of network information technology have made it more difficult to distinguish between true and false information, increasing the difficulty for netizens to distinguish information, and increasing the workload of refuting units. We cannot let the development of online rumors go unchecked, and all parties should actively take measures to crack down on spreading rumors and standardize and guide the behavior of netizens. The regulation of online rumors should start from multiple aspects, including increasing punishment for rumors and rumors, strengthening supervision and management of online platforms, accelerating the clarification of the truth, cutting off the transmission channels of online ru-mors, and striving to create a clean and upright online environment.
