%X 随着数字平台的快速发展和广泛应用，数字弱势群体内在由于自身缺乏必要的数字素养和物质条件，外在受到数字服务提供者的数据垄断行为、无障碍数字环境适配度低等多重因素制约，最终无法充分利用数字平台所提供的信息资源，从而面临更大的困境。为解决数字弱势群体在数字生活中遭遇的各种阻碍，数字平台应当承担起保障数字弱势群体信息权益的社会责任，也应受到立法上的约束以及社会层面的监督。<br />
With the rapid development and extensive application of digital platforms, digital vulnerable groups—who are inherently limited by their lack of necessary digital literacy and material conditions, as well as external factors such as data monopolies by digital service providers and low accessibility of digital environments—are unable to fully utilize the information resources provided by digital platforms, leading to even greater difficulties. In order to address the various obstacles faced by digital vulnerable groups in their digital lives, digital platforms should take on the social responsibility of safeguarding their information rights, and should also be subject to legislative constraints and social supervision.
