%X 随着互联网发展日臻成熟，网络社会中多元利益诉求交织、多元价值取向杂糅，由此衍生网络社会的失序——网络暴力这一社会现象频发，网络暴力会给受害者带来非虚拟性的伤害。基于降低网络暴力给受害者带来的负面影响的目的，本文重点从旁观者角度来阐述网络暴力的社会现状和法律规制现状，分析其具体原因，尝试提出遏制网络暴力的有效法律规制方法。<br />
With the development of the Internet becoming more and more mature, the demands of multiple interests are intertwined and multiple value orientations are mixed in the network society, which leads to the disorder of the network society—network violence, a social phenomenon that occurs frequently, will bring non virtual harm to the victims. Based on the purpose of reducing the nega-tive impact of online violence on victims, this article focuses on explaining the social and legal regulatory status of online violence from the perspective of bystanders, analyzing its specific rea-sons, and attempting to propose effective legal regulatory methods for the phenomenon of online violence.
