%X 移动互联网络的发展改变了信息的传播方式和人们的生活方式，使网络舆情影响不断扩大。随着校园网络的逐步发展，高校网络舆情逐渐在校园舆情中占据主导地位。高校网络舆情治理是当前网络法治建设的重要组成部分，对于高校网络舆情健康发展、和谐校园建设、风清气正的网络空间的构建具有重要意义。法治建设视域下，当前高校网络舆情治理中仍存在法治生态环境欠缺、治理体系尚未完善、治理法律机制不健全等现实困境。为落实依法治国要求，必须加强法制宣传、净化法治生态，完善舆情立法、健全法治体系，强化技术手段、优化管理机制，提升网络舆情治理成效。<br />
The development of mobile Internet networks has changed the way information is disseminated and people’s lifestyles, making the influence of online public opinion expand continuously. With the gradual development of campus networks, university network public opinion gradually occupies a dominant position in campus public opinion. The governance of university network public opinion is an important part of the current network rule of law construction, and is of great significance to the healthy development of university network public opinion, the construction of a harmonious campus and the construction of a clean and upright cyberspace. In the perspective of the construction of the rule of law, there still exists a lack of rule of law ecological environment, imperfect governance system and unsound governance legal mechanism in the current university network public opinion governance. In order to implement the requirements of the rule of law, it is necessary to strengthen legal propaganda, purify the rule of law ecology, improve public opinion legislation, improve the rule of law system, strengthen technical means, optimize management mechanisms, and enhance the effectiveness of online public opinion governance.
