%X 在群众性活动中，如发生人身、财产损害事件，准确认定活动组织者的安全保障义务，是确定责任归属以及责任大小的重要因素。把握好群众性活动的归责问题以及责任豁免事由，既可以有效预防、公平解决相关损害赔偿纠纷，又有利于安全保障制度的完善。通过提出关于组织群众性活动时有效的完善建议，推动中国群众性体育活动的健康发展。<br />
In mass activities, if personal or property damage occurs, accurately determining the safety and security obligations of the event organizer is an important factor in determining the ownership and size of responsibility. Grasping the issue of attribution and exemption of responsibility for mass activities can effectively prevent and fairly resolve related damage compensation disputes, and is also conducive to the improvement of the safety guarantee system. By proposing effective suggestions for improving the organization of mass sports activities, we aim to promote the healthy development of mass sports activities in China.
