%X “剧本杀”是一种实况角色扮演游戏，近年来该种游戏迅速在年轻人中流行。然而，这个新兴行业的运营以及版权保护并不规范，同时因为司法判例缺乏，实务中的版权保护和纠纷解决成了现阶段急需解决的问题。该行业存在着从业者版权意识不足、剧本内容未经审核和版权代理机构应用不足等问题。加强版权登记、发挥版权代理机构的功能以及建立线上纠纷解决平台等措施可以提高版权保护效率。同时，行业协会的建立也可以起到加强版权保护及规范行业运营的作用。<br />
“The script murder role-playing game” is a type of live-action role-playing game that has become popular among young people in recent years. However, the operation and copyright protection of this emerging industry are not standardized, and the lack of judicial precedents makes copyright protection and dispute resolution urgent problems to be solved at the current stage. The industry has problems such as lack of copyright awareness among practitioners, unchecked script content, and underutilization of copyright agencies. Strengthening copyright registration, utilizing the functions of copyright agencies, and establishing online dispute resolution platforms can improve the efficiency of copyright protection. At the same time, the establishment of an industry association can also strengthen copyright protection and standardize the operation of the industry.
