%X 从进入封建社会开始，继承权便载入各朝各代的律法，成为一项基本权利。然而女性继承权直至唐代才正式被法律承认，历经元明清的发展，逐渐成熟定型。由于礼法传统、封建世俗的局限性，古代女性继承权受到诸多束缚。本文从女性继承权的演变、概况以及古今对比进行思考，正确认识女性继承权。<br />
Since entering feudal society, the right to inheritance has been enshrined in the laws of various dynasties and generations, becoming a fundamental right. However, women’s inheritance rights were not officially recognized by the law until the Tang Dynasty, and gradually matured and formed through the development of the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Due to the limitations of traditional etiquette and feudal customs, the inheritance rights of ancient women were subject to many constraints. This article reflects on the evolution, overview, and comparison of women’s inheritance rights between ancient and modern times, in order to have a correct understanding of women’s inheritance rights.
