%X 由于青少年在生理和心理上的发育还不成熟，这是有局限性的。易出现孤独、网络滥用和亲子关系冲突等心理问题。为增强青少年身心健康，有针对性地对青少年群体做好心理建设工作，做到心理问题早发现、早疏导。避免出现更多负性心理行为问题。本文综述青少年存在的常见心理困惑，以及讨论可采取的应对方式，以期为青少年心理疏导和心理健康教育工作的开展提供理论依据和建议。<br />
This is limited due to their immature physical and psychological development. Loneliness, Inter-net abuse and parent-child relationship conflict and other psychological problems are easy to appear. To enhance the physical and mental health of teenagers, carry out targeted psychological construction, ensure early detection and early counseling of psychological problems, and avoid more negative psychological behavior problems. This paper summarizes the common psychological confusion of adolescents, and discusses the possible coping methods, in order to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for adolescent psychological counseling and mental health education work.
