%X 胶东经济圈的构建与实施是新时代我国重大战略之一，是贯彻新发展理念的题中应有之义。随着胶东经济圈战略的实施，胶东经济圈协同立法也随之应然而生，胶东经济圈协同立法为胶东经济圈发展注入法治动力。通过探讨胶东经济圈协同立法的现实需求，以胶东经济圈的独特性为着力点，探索区域协同立法在胶东经济圈的应用，分析胶东经济圈协同立法面临的现实困境，对现实困境的成因进行剖析，并对此提出针对性的解决建议。<br />
The construction and implementation of Jiaodong economic circle is one of the great strategies in the new era, which should be the meaning in carrying out the new development concept. With the fact of Jiaodong economic circle strategy, the cooperative legislation of Jiaodong economic circle should come into being, collaborative legislation in the Jiaodong economic circle injects legal power into the Jiaodong economic circle. This paper explores the application of regional cooperative legislation in Jiaodong economic circle by exploring the realistic demand of cooperative legislation in Jiaodong economic circle, taking the uniqueness of Jiaodong economic circle as the focus, analyzes the realistic dilemma faced by cooperative legislation in Jiaodong economic circle, analyzes the causes of the realistic dilemma, and puts forward specific solutions.
