Investigation and Research on the Implementation Status of School-Based Curriculum in Lower Primary School of Wanzhou District %A 万荷越 %J Advances in Education %P 4203-4209 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2023.137664 %X 劳动教育是教育与教学的本质要求,是提高素质教育水平的灵魂,是促进学生全面发展的内在动力。从重庆市万州区城区小学劳动教育校本课程开发、实施与评价三个方面出发,对小学低段校本课程的实施现状进行调查,调查学校对劳动教育的认识、组织实施和效果评价等方面的具体情况。调查发现,学校开展劳动教育的积极性较高,但由于缺乏专业指导,教师参与度不够,导致课程内容单调,实践活动缺乏吸引力,学生参与度不高。为有效实施小学低段劳动教育校本课程,学校要从加强指导、完善组织、提高技能、增加内容等方面入手对其展开合理的改进。
Labor education is the essential requirement of education and teaching, the soul of improving quality education, and the internal power of promoting students’ all-round development. Starting from the development, implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum in primary schools in Wanzhou District of Chongqing, this paper investigates the status quo of the implementation of school-based curriculum in primary schools of lower grades, and investigates the specific situation of schools in terms of understanding, organization and implementation and effect evaluation of labor education. The survey found that schools are highly motivated to carry out labor education, but the lack of professional guidance and teachers’ insufficient participation lead to monotonous curriculum content, lack of attractive practical activities and students’ low participation. In order to carry out the school-based curriculum effectively, schools should improve it from the aspects of strengthening guidance, perfecting organization, improving skills and adding contents. %K 万州区,小学低段,劳动教育,校本课程
