%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">党的十九大报告提出，“建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军，弘扬劳模精神，营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气”。报告中强调劳模精神对社会文化的积极意义，也点明了劳模精神的时代色彩。本文通过对新时代劳模精神和高校校园文化两者概念进行分析，并探析二者之间的关联性，明确新时代劳模精神应当融入高校校园物质文化、校园行为文化、校园网络文化和校园精神文化四条路径，提升劳模精神的培育效果，促进大学生成长成才。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to “build an army of knowledge based, skilled and innovative workers, promote the spirit of model workers, and create a social atmosphere of glorious labor and a dedicated atmosphere of excellence.” The report emphasizes the positive significance of the spirit of model workers to society and culture, and also points out the color of the times of the spirit of model workers. This article analyzes the concepts of model worker spirit in the new era and campus culture in colleges and universities, and explores the correlation between the two, and clarifies that the model worker spirit in the new era should be integrated into the material culture, campus behavior culture, campus network culture and campus spiritual culture of college campuses. The four paths can enhance the cultivation effect of model worker spirit and promote the growth and success of college students.</span>
