%X 家庭和学校在青少年学生的成长中扮演着不同的角色,二者缺一不可,家校协同育人是“双减”政策之后教育的发展趋势。马克思人学思想强调以人为本,为系统推进家校协同育人提供了理论指引,其中“现实的人”是家校协同育人的逻辑起点,“人是一切社会关系的总和”是家校协同育人的核心要素,“人的全面发展”是家校协同育人的价值旨归。深刻理解和把握马克思人学思想的丰富内涵,有助于在其指导下进一步凝聚家校合作共识、完善家校合作机制、丰富家校合作形式,增强家校协同育人实效。
Family and school play different roles in the cultivation of young students, and both are indis-pensable. Family school collaborative education is the development trend of education after the “double reduction” policy. Marx’s humanistic thought emphasizes people-oriented, provides theoretical guidance for the systematic promotion of family school collaborative education, in which “realistic people” is the logical starting point of family school collaborative education, “people are the sum of all social relationships” is the core element of family school collaborative education, and “comprehensive development of people” is the value goal of family school collaborative education. Deeply understanding and grasping the rich connotation of Marx’s humanistic thought will help to further consolidate the consensus on family school cooperation, improve the family school cooperation mechanism, enrich the forms of family school cooperation, and enhance the effectiveness of family school collaborative education under its guidance.
