%X 红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width, RDW)是全血细胞计数中重要的指标，近年来的研究表明RDW与风湿性疾病密切相关。本文对近年RDW在风湿性疾病，包括类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎、原发性干燥综合征、皮肌炎/多发性肌炎、系统性硬化症、白塞病等疾病中的研究进展进行综述。<br />
Red blood cell distribution width (RDW) is an important index in complete blood count, and recent studies have shown that RDW is closely related to rheumatic diseases. In this paper, we review the research progress of RDW in rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lu-pus erythematosus (SLE), primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), derma-tomyositis/polymyositis (DM/PM), systemic sclerosis (SSc), and Behcet’s disease (BD).
