%X 随着各种腹部手术的日益增多，腹壁切口疝的发生率也逐年升高。腹壁切口疝可导致疼痛、腹部肿块、便秘、肠梗阻，影响美观和生活质量等问题，手术治疗是其治疗原则。明确腹壁切口疝的手术方式、并发症及注意事项对腹壁切口疝的治疗和预防有重大意义。本文将围绕切口疝的手术治疗现状及注意事项作一系统说明。<br />
With the increasing of various abdominal operations, the incidence of abdominal incisional hernia is increasing year by year. Abdominal incisional hernia can cause pain, abdominal mass, constipation, intestinal obstruction, and affect the appearance and quality of life. Surgical treatment is the prin-ciple of its treatment. It is of great significance for the treatment and prevention of incisional hernia to clarify the surgical methods, complications and precautions of incisional hernia. This article re-views the treatment status of abdominal incisional hernia and related matters needing attention.
