%X “讲好中国故事”是我们传播中华文化，树立中国国际形象的关键之举。在传播过程中，电视剧是重要的跨文化媒介之一，若想要让西方受众群体理解中国电视剧，字幕翻译就变得非常重要。《三国演义》作为我国四大名著之一，其文学价值不言而喻。多模态话语分析理论是当今语言学研究的热点之一，本文拟通过多模态话语理论框架对《三国演义》从文化层面、语境层面、内容层面和表达层面进行分析，从而更好地帮助译者进行翻译，也更好地促进《三国演义》电视剧的传播，弘扬中华文化。<br />
In the process of Chinese culture transmission, presentation of compelling China stories is an es-sential way to build China’s international image. TV is an indispensable medium in cultural com-munication. Therefore, subtitle translation is important for Western audiences to understand Chinese TV. Romance of The Three Kingdoms is one of the four great classics of China, its literary value is self-evident. Through the theoretical framework of multimodal discourse, this paper in-tends to analyze Romance of The Three Kingdoms from the level of culture, context, the content and expression. Meanwhile, the research of subtitle translation can greatly provide help for translators and promote the transmission of Chinese TV and culture.
