%X 心理健康教育是当今社会不可忽视的一个问题,是需要社会、学校、家庭共同合作进行的,以培养学生健康心理素质,提高心理韧性,帮助学生身心全面和谐可持续发展的教育活动。融合积极心理学理念,倡导心理学的积极取向,对如何有效开展心理健康教育进行研究,提出通过心理健康课程、学科渗透、讲座与心理健康月等活动、心理咨询与辅导、家校社联合这五个途径进行,以促进学生形成积极的心理品质,以及正确的人生观与价值观。
Mental health education is a problem that can not be ignored in today’s society.
