Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Labetalol on Gestational Hy-pertension and Its Influence on Hemorheology of Microcirculation %A 薛林 %A 吕红娟 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 10455-10462 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2023.1361463 %X 目的:观察丹参川芎嗪联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压患者的临床疗效及微循环血液流变学指标的影响。方法:选取2020年2月~2022年2月就诊于青岛大学附属妇女儿童医院产科妊娠期高血压患者100例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各50例。两组患者均予西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上予拉贝洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予丹参川芎嗪治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效,分娩方式,妊娠结局,治疗前、后舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压、24小时尿蛋白定量、微循环血液流变学指标[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1 (ET-1)、血管紧张素II (AngII)、血小板内皮细胞黏附分子(PECAM-1)]。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率96%高于对照组72% (P < 0.05);观察组妊娠结局与对照组比较无明显差异(P < 0.05);治疗后,两组患者舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压、24小时尿蛋白定量、ET-1、AngII水平均较治疗前降低,NO、PECAM-1水平较治疗前升高,且观察组较对照组明显降低(P < 0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合拉贝洛尔可有效控制妊娠期高血压病人的血压,改善患者微循环以减少血管内皮损伤。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy and the influence of microcirculation hemorheology indexes. Methods: A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted to the Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conven-tional western medicine, the control group was treated with labetalol on the basis of this, and the observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed after treatment. The clinical efficacy, mode of delivery, pregnancy outcome, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, 24-hour urinary protein quantitation, microcirculation and hemorheology indexes [nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), angiotensin II (AngII), platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1)] of the two groups before treatment are observed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of observa-tion group was 96% higher than that of control group 72% (P < 0.05). There was no significant dif-ference in pregnancy outcome between the observation group and the control group (P < 0.05). Af-ter treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, 24-hour urinary protein quantification, ET-1 and AngII levels in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of NO and PECAM-1 were increased compared with those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly decreased compared with the control group (P < 0.05).
