%X 先秦儒家和道家思想中均蕴含着丰富的、有价值的社会治理思想，但二者的社会治理思想存在很大的不同，在社会治理思想之基，社会治理方式和社会治理之理想社会三个方面存在很大的差异，进行儒道社会治理思想比较研究，对于新时代加强和创新社会治理具有重要的现实意义。<br />
Both pre-Qin Confucianism and Taoism contain rich and valuable social governance thoughts, but there are great differences in their social governance thoughts. At the same time, there are great differences in the three aspects of the foundation of social governance thought, social governance mode and the ideal society of social governance. The comparative study of governance thoughts is of great practical significance for strengthening and innovating social governance in the new era.
