%X 互联网的普及给大学生带来便利的同时，也产生了沉迷网络短视频的问题。对待这一问题，可以用弗洛姆“逃避自由”理论来解析大学生沉迷网络短视频现象的心理机制，同时弗洛姆提出的确立“积极自由”的状态，也为解决大学生沉迷网络短视频的问题提供了理论指导。<br />
The popularization of the Internet has brought convenience to college students, but at the same time, it has also caused the problem of addiction to short videos on the internet. To deal with this problem, we can use Erich Fromm’s “escape from freedom” theory to analyze the psychological mechanism of college students’ addiction to online short videos. At the same time, Erich Fromm’s proposal to establish a “positive and free” state also provides theoretical guidance for solving the problem of college students’ addiction to online short videos.
