%X 目的：分析社区医养康养结合，借鉴国外社区医养康养结合经验，为我国完善社区养老服务体系提供经验。方法：本文采用对比分析法，分析国外社区医养康养结合模式，总结经验。结论：建议国家和政府颁布明确法律为社区医养康养结合服务保驾护航，建立市场养老服务多方主体参与机制，建立社区医养康养结合服务信息平台，以及培养专门的医护人员。<br />
Objective: To analyze the integration of community medical and health care, draw on the experience of foreign community medical and health care integration, and provide experience for improving the community elderly care service system in China. Methods: This paper used the comparative analysis method to analyze the foreign community medical and health care integration model and summarize the experience. Conclusion: It is recommended that the country and government enact clear laws to safeguard the integration of community medical care, health care, and rehabilitation services. In addition, it is necessary to establish a mechanism for the participation of multiple parties in market elderly care services, establish an information platform for community medical care, health care, and rehabilitation integration services, and cultivate specialized medical personnel.
