%X 本文使用CiteSpace可视化图谱分析软件，以CNKI数据库为数据来源，以“家庭养老服务”为检索词，共检索到2000年1月1日~2021年5月19日的1353篇文献，通过关键词共现分析、关键词聚类分析、研究作者和机构分析、关键词突现分析、关键词时区图谱分析对家庭养老服务研究领域的文献进行图谱可视化和综述研究。研究结果表明，我国家庭养老服务经历了巩固阶段、探索阶段、发展融合阶段，研究热点围绕“社区养老”、“居家养老”、“人口老龄化”展开，伴随着老龄化的发展，传统家庭养老服务模式已经不足以支撑养老服务的需求，开始出现“医养结合”、“互联网+”等新的家庭养老服务模式，跨领域、多元化家庭养老服务是该领域今后研究发展的趋势和热点。<br />
This paper uses CiteSpace visual graph analysis software, takes CNKI database as the data source, and uses “family pension service” as the search term to retrieve a total of 1353 documents from January 1, 2000 to May 19, 2021. Through keyword co-occurrence analysis, keyword clustering analysis, author and institution analyses, keyword burst analysis, and keyword timeline analysis, this paper visualizes and reviews the literature in the field of home-based elderly care services. The research results show that the family pension service in my country has gone through a consolidation stage, an exploration stage, and a development and integration stage. The service model is no longer sufficient to support the needs of elderly care services, and new family elderly care service models such as “combination of medical care and elderly care” and “Internet+” have begun to emerge. Cross-domain and diversified family elderly care services are the future research and development trends and hot spots in this field.
