%X 目前，我国正处于产业结构转型的关键时期，国家对数字经济的发展投入了足够的重视，但疫情背景下对当地实体经济产生了巨大的冲击性，数字经济可脱离疫情的限制，促进产业结构和就业结构的调整，让更多普通人可以灵活就业，因此本文基于特大城市疫情爆发背景下，对数字经济和灵活就业的关系进行研究，讨论在疫情爆发背景下灵活就业现状和仍需解决的问题，构建数字经济指数(DEI)、省际贸易额(IPT)的计量模型，并进行稳健性检验，以验证疫情爆发背景下数字经济与灵活就业对地方经济的正导向性。<br />
At present, China is in a critical period of industrial structure transformation, and the country has invested enough attention to the development of the digital economy, but the epidemic context has had a huge impact on the local real economy. The digital economy can be separated from the restrictions of the epidemic and promote the adjustment of in-dustrial structure and employment structure, enabling more ordinary people to be flexibly em-ployed. Therefore, based on the context of epidemic outbreak in megacities, this paper investigates the relationship between digital economy and flexible employment, discusses the current situation of flexible employment in the context of epidemic outbreak and the problems that still need to be solved, constructs the econometric models of digital economy index (DEI) and inter-provincial trade volume (IPT), and conducts robustness tests to verify the positive orientation of digital economy and flexible employment on local economy in the context of epidemic outbreak.
