The characteristics of the aperture averaging function of some basic-shaped optical receivers are studied. The mathematical forms of atmospheric optical receivers used in history are limited to a limited number, including circles, rings, and corresponding arrays. The academic community has not established a fundamental and inductive understanding of the characteristics of the aperture averaging function of optical receivers. This article calculates the aperture averaging function of optical receivers with other basic shapes, such as squares, triangles, one-dimensional square arrays, and two-dimensional square arrays.
