In this paper, the generation method of the reliability test profile of air-launched rocket is analyzed. The mission profile and environmental profile are generated. By analyzing the temperature stress, vibration stress, electric stress and humidity stress under different task profiles, the profiles were corrected and the reliability comprehensive environmental test profile was designed. %K 空射,运载火箭,可靠性,试验剖面
