The accelerated globalization after the end of World War II brought new challenges to the severe gender conflict at that time. In the context of globalization and cultural pluralism, Nancy Fraser made a macro inspection and detailed analysis of the capitalist society in which she lived, and explained the justice issues of the capitalist society in a detailed and deep way, thus systematically interpreting her own justice thoughts. She has a sharp insight into the new challenges and contradictions in the era of globalization, deeply and uniquely criticized the false fairness in the capitalist society, and appropriately and ruthlessly exposed the view that traditional justice theories ignore gender. Her theory has a deep practical and theoretical basis.
