%X 慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure, CHF)是大多数心血管疾病的终点事件，其发病率和死亡率居高不下，严重危害患者的生命健康。中医在治疗慢性心力衰竭的过程中积累了丰富的临床经验，其中毫针针刺、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、运动康复等中医外治法凭借其操作性强、安全性高、疗效明确在临床中运用广泛，本文就中医外治法在慢性心力衰竭中的运用进行综述。<br />
Chronic heart failure (CHF) is the end event of most cardiovascular diseases, and its morbidity and mortality remain high, seriously endangering the life and health of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of chronic heart failure, among which external TCM treatment methods such as milliacupuncture, acupoint application, ear point bean pressing, and sports rehabilitation are widely used in clinical practice due to their strong operability, high safety and clear curative effect. This article reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in chronic heart failure.
