%X 随着社会的快速发展，早发性卵巢功能不全的发病率不断升高且发病年龄逐渐年轻化，不仅在生理上给妇女带来极大的痛苦，而且在心理上也造成了难以承受的精神压力，目前已经受到越来越多临床医师的重视。黄艳辉教授认为早发性卵巢功能不全的病机可概括为肾虚为本，脏腑失调为标，与心肝脾关系较为密切，秉持早发现、早诊断、早治疗的原则，未病先防，既病防变，瘥后防复，以补肾滋阴，养肝调经为治疗原则，自拟三滋调经汤，配合电针疗法，针药结合贯穿始终，以达到改善女性卵巢功能、提高其生活质量的效果。<br />
With the rapid development of society, the incidence of premature ovarian insufficiency is increasing and the age of onset is gradually getting younger, which not only brings great pain to women physically, but also causes unbearable mental pressure psychologically. At present, more and more clinicians have paid attention to it. Professor Yanhui Huang believes that the pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency can be summarized as kidney deficiency as the foundation, viscera disorders as the standard, and is closely related to the heart, liver and spleen, she uphold the principle of early discovery, early diagnosis, early treatment, prevention before disease onset, prevent disease from changing, prevention of recovery after illness, with tonifying kidney-Yin, nourishing the liver regulate the menstrual function as the therapeutic principles, formulating the Sanzi regulation menstruation decoction, cooperate with electroacupuncture stimulation, combination of acupuncture with medicine throughout, to improve the function of the ovaries and improve the quality of life.
