%X 教学技能是指教师在教学活动中所具有的教学能力,包括理论教学和实践教学。然而,当前的高校教育在实践中仍有许多问题,如重学术,轻实用,学用脱节,造成很多师范生教学技能没有受到合格培训,导致师范生自身发展迟缓,较难成长为专家型教师。为解决此问题,在中国知网检索“师范生”并“教学技能”两个关键词,从有效文献中分析出直接相关的高被引文献17篇,并从实践培训、课程体系、师范生自身发展三个维度分析了高校师范生教学技能培养中的不足,探索了深化师范生教学技能的相应措施。
Teaching skills refer to the teaching ability of teachers in teaching activities, including theoretical teaching and practical teaching. However, the current college education still has many problems in practice, such as the emphasis on academic rather than practical, and the disconnection between learning and application, resulting in many normal university students’ teaching skills have not received qualified training, resulting in the slow development of normal university students, difficult to grow into expert teachers. In order to solve this problem, the keywords “normal university students” and “teaching skills” are searched on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and 17 directly related highly cited literatures are analyzed from the effective literature. Besides, the defi-ciencies in the cultivation of teaching skills of normal university students are analyzed from the three dimensions of practical training, curriculum system and the development of normal university students themselves, and the corresponding measures to deepen the teaching skills of normal university students are explored.
