To explore the impact of different light qualities on celery quality in plant factories, this study con-ducted experiments using four LED light sources with different ratios of red and blue light. The results showed that red light:blue light = 3:1 promoted the increase and improvement of root-to-shoot ratio and yield of celery, while increasing vitamin C content, cellulose content, soluble sugar content, and soluble protein content, with the most significant differences.
