Influence of Parenting Style on Responsibility of Medical Students: The Mediating Role of Gratitude %A 李昱森 %A 孙红梅 %A 孙思佳 %A 刘凌 %A 陈丹 %J Advances in Psychology %P 2349-2356 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2023.136291 %X 目的:探讨医学生责任心与家庭教养方式的关系,并厘清感恩在家庭教养方式与责任心之间的中介作用,为培养医学生责任心提供依据。方法:采用简式父母教养方式问卷、感戴量表和责任心问卷对天津市451名在校医学生进行测量,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:父母情感温暖能够正向预测医学生责任心(p < 0.001),父母拒绝和过度保护负向预测责任心(p < 0.001);感恩在父母拒绝和责任心之间中介作用显著(β = ?0.253, p < 0.001),中介效应占总效应的97.54%;感恩在父母情感温暖和责任心之间中介作用显著(β = 0.361, p < 0.001),中介效应占总效应的87.69%;感恩在父母过度保护和责任心之间中介作用显著(β = ?0.132, p < 0.001),中介效应占总效应的75.59%。结论:家庭教养方式既能直接影响医学生的责任心,也能够通过感恩间接作用于责任心。在医学生责任心的培养中,应当重点关注医学生感恩能力的培养。
Objective: To explore the relationship between parenting style and responsibility of medical stu-dents, and clarify the mediating role of gratitude between parenting style and responsibility, so as to provide reference for improving the responsibility of medical students. Methods: 451 medical students from a medical college in Tianjin were measured by S-EMUB, gratitude questionnaire and responsibility questionnaire, the data were analyzed statistically. Results: Parents’ emotional warmth positively predicted the responsibility of medical students (p < 0.001), and parental rejection and the excessive parental intervention negatively predicted the responsibility of medical students (p < 0.001); Gratitude mediated the relationship between parental rejection and responsibility (β = ?0.253, p < 0.001), the intermediate effect accounted for 97.54% of the total effect; Gratitude mediated the relationship between Parents’ emotional warmth and responsibility (β = 0.361, p < 0.001), the intermediate effect accounted for 87.69% of the total effect; Gratitude mediated the relationship between parental rejection and responsibility (β = ?0.253, p < 0.001), the intermediate effect accounted for 75.59% of the total effect. Conclusion: Gratitude plays a completely mediating role in the influence of parenting style on responsibility of medical students. In the cultivation of medical students’ sense of responsibility, we should focus on the cultivation of gratitude ability with medical students. %K 医学生,责任心,家庭教养方式,感恩
