A Study of Social Anxiety in College Students Based on Grounded Theory %A 李梦寒 %A 施长君 %J Advances in Education %P 3728-3735 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2023.136591 %X 近些年,随着科技的进步以及社会的快速发展,社会对于人才的要求也越来越高,各方面资源的竞争更加激烈,社交焦虑的出现率也在逐步地增加。社交焦虑是指在与他人的社会交往活动中体验到的紧张、恐惧等消极的情绪状态,是大学生当前的主要心理问题之一。本研究运用扎根理论的研究方法,对9名大学生进行深度访谈,通过收集数据,归纳整理,三级编码和分析,探讨社交焦虑的现状及其影响因素,从32个初始范畴中梳理出13个主范畴,通过进一步比较归纳,整理出3个大类属,并由此构建了社交焦虑影响因素模型,为减轻大学生社交焦虑提供支持。
In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of so-ciety, society’s requirements for talents are getting higher and higher, the competition for resources in all aspects is more intense, and the incidence of social anxiety is gradually increasing. Social anxiety, which is one of the main psychological problems of college students, refers to the negative emotional states such as tension and fear experienced in social interaction activities with others. This study uses the research method of grounded theory, conducts indepth interviews with 9 college students, discusses the current status of social anxiety and its influencing factors through data collection, induction, tertiary coding and analysis, sorts out 13 main categories from 32 initial categories, sorts out 3 major categories through further comparison and induction, and constructs a model of social anxiety influencing factors to provide support for alleviating social anxiety among college students. %K 社交焦虑,扎根理论,深度访谈
