A Comparative Study of Confucian and Taoist Social Governance Thoughts %A 陈琛 %A 李敏 %J Advances in Philosophy %P 1039-1043 %@ 2169-2602 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACPP.2023.126177 %X 中国传统文化源远流长、博大精深,在漫长的历史长河里,中华文化形成了丰富的社会治理思想。在中国文化思想中,儒家和道家在社会治理方面的影响深远。在各自的历史时期都从不同的角度和方法对社会的治理思想进行阐述,在社会治理方面,儒道两家有着相同之处和差异性,儒道两家都强调“人治”,认为人是社会治理的主体,儒家在治理思想中提倡德治,道家则提倡“道治”,两种治理思想对中国现代化社会治理有着不同的影响和借鉴价值。
The Chinese traditional culture has a long history and is broad and profound. In the long history, the Chinese culture has formed a wealth of social governance ideas. In Chinese cultural thought, Confucianism and Taoism have far-reaching influence on social governance. In their respective historical periods, they expounded social governance ideas from different angles and methods. In terms of social governance, Confucianism and Taoism have similarities and differences. Both Confucianism and Taoism emphasize “rule by man” and believe that man is the main body of social governance. Confucianism advocates rule by virtue in governance ideas, while Taoism advocates “rule by morality”.
