%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">新时代高等教育的发展对工程教育专业的教学质量提出了新的要求。为解决目前工程教育专业教学质量保障体系存在的主要问题，对照工程教育专业认证的要求和标准，构建由面向环节的教学过程质量监控子系统和基于评价结果的专业持续改进子系统构成的教学质量保障体系，说明了该体系的设计思路，给出了质量要求，设计了应用流程。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The development of higher education in the new era puts forward new requirements for the teaching quality of engineering education. In order to solve the main problems existing in the teaching quality assurance system of engineering education, according to the requirements and standards of engineering education certification, a teaching quality assurance system composed of the link-oriented teaching process quality monitoring subsystem and the professional continuous improvement subsystem based on the evaluation results is constructed. The design idea of the system is explained, the quality requirements are given, and the application process is designed.</span>
