%X 肝癌是最具挑战的恶性癌症之一，它的起源、治疗、预后都存在着诸多未知的风险。然而，通过对中草药的深入探索，已经证实中药具有多重功效，包括：阻断肝癌细胞的生长、诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、抵御外界的侵害、激励机体的免疫系统、调整对化疗的耐受，以及有效地改善肝癌细胞耐药等作用。近年来，随着科学技术的发展，中药已经被证明是一种有效的抗击肝癌的有效手段，它有助于缓解患者的痛苦，缩短病程，延长患者的生存期，以及有效减少西药副作用等功效。本文综述了近年来中药单体及其有效成分在治疗肝癌中的研究进展。<br />
Liver cancer is one of the most challenging malignant cancers. There are many unknown risks in its origin, treatment and prognosis. However, through the in-depth exploration of Chinese herbal medicine, it has been confirmed that Chinese herbal medicine has multiple effects, including: blocking the growth of liver cancer cells, inducing the apoptosis of liver cancer cells, resisting external invasion, stimulating the body’s immune system, adjusting the tolerance to chemotherapy, and effectively improving the drug resistance of liver cancer cells. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, traditional Chinese medicine has been proved to be an effective means of fighting liver cancer. It helps relieve the pain of patients, shorten the course of disease, prolong the survival of patients, and effectively reduce the side effects of western medicine. In this paper, the research progress of TCM monomer and its active components in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years was reviewed.
