%X 为了研究冲击波疗法治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床效果，完全随机抽取302名对象完成关于冲击波疗法普及度调查。并择取腰肌筋膜炎患者50例，随机平均分为试验组和对照组，每组25例。给予试验组患者冲击波治疗，给予对照组患者保守观察治疗，对比2组临床效果。由此可知，大众对冲击波疗法的了解较少，且对冲击波疗法的心理接受程度较高。通过VAS评分和ODI评分在治疗前后的2组患者进行对比，在治疗前无明显差异(P &gt; 0.05)，治疗后，试验组的VAS评分和ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)。临床上对待腰肌筋膜炎患者采用冲击波疗法能够有效治疗疾病，改善患者症状，促进疾病的治疗与痊愈，且大众对于冲击波疗法信任度较高，是一个值得推广的好方法。<br />
To study the clinical effect of shockwave therapy on lumbar myofasciitis, a total of 302 subjects were randomly selected to complete a survey on the prevalence of shockwave therapy. Fifty patients with lumbar myofasciitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group was given shockwave therapy, and the control group was given conservative observation treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were com-pared. It can be seen that the public knows little about shockwave therapy and has a high degree of psychological acceptance of shockwave therapy. VAS score and ODl score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was no significant difference before treatment (P &gt; 0.05). After treatment, VAS score and ODI score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P &lt; 0.05). Clinically, shockwave therapy for patients with lumbar myo-fascitis can effectively treat the disease, improve the symptoms of the patients, promote the treat-ment and recovery of the disease, and the public has high trust in shockwave therapy, which is a good method worth promoting.
